Refund policy

All necklace purchases are final except for damaged product once received. Please contact for refund or replacement. Also, no refunds or replacements if your shark tooth breaks overtime. Keep in mind these are real shark teeth and they are fragile and can break if not handled properly.

Refunds (if applicable)
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure a secure delivery location is selected.
